The Egyptian Central Securities Depository (ECSD) has an authorized capital of EGP 3 billion, with an issued & paid-up capital of EGP 1 billion, distributed over 100 million shares, each having a par value of EGP 10. The total shares were 100% subscribed and paid for by the founders (as shown in the figure).
